We do not currently provide pest and building inspections. We can, however, provide you with qualified and insured contractors contact details if it is requested.

For very large strata plans prices will vary due to the sheer size of the properties and the amount of time involved in such a search. A quote will be provided at the time of booking.

If there are any delays due to access at the manager’s office or if it is self managed (as these can often take longer to get access to the records), we will advise you.

To assist in the booking process, please attach a letter of authority with your order. More and more strata managers are requesting these and often do not allow a booking or to start the search without one. We can provide you with a current list of managers who are asking for an authority. Most managers request that the authority is from the vendor’s solicitor and not the real estate agent.
